On the 9th of April, the go-go music was back on at the 7th and Fl Ave MetroPCS store in DC. Efforts by a wealthy resident of the nearby Shay had failed, and people were celebrating. That evening, a huge crowd gathered on U st for go-go in what had been meant to be a protest but became a celebration
